Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qris77 website accessible at qris77.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated software or services.
• "Company" means qris77, the operator of the Platform, licensed and regulated under an internationally recognised gaming jurisdiction.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User following successful registration.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposits, credited bonuses, and net winnings, less any withdrawals and deductions.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using real funds (IDR) held in a User's Wallet Balance, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other incentives credited to a User's Account under any promotional offer, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the collection and verification of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all service hours, draw times, and promotional deadlines stated on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

To register and maintain an Account on qris77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. qris77 strictly prohibits underage gambling. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction.
3. You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial gambling operations, arbitrage, or as part of a professional syndicate is prohibited.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by qris77 or any recognised responsible gaming organisation.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of qris77 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios supplying content to the Platform.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. If you cease to meet any requirement, you must immediately notify qris77 support and refrain from further use of the Platform.

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using a third party's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all Wallet Balance funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. qris77 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact qris77 support immediately at support@qris77.cam.

KYC Verification: qris77 may require KYC verification at any point during your Account lifetime, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following an unusual activity flag. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed.

qris77 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet Balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. qris77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which qris77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with qris77 support. Standard processing time for withdrawal requests is under five (5) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing may take up to 24 hours in cases requiring additional compliance review. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page. The Company reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or otherwise flagged by its risk systems.

Same-Method Policy: To prevent money laundering, withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit originated. The Company may request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the receiving account prior to approving a withdrawal.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. qris77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts until the Wallet Balance reaches zero or the User reactivates the Account by logging in and completing a verification step.

qris77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the Promotions section. Bets placed on games that contribute 0% to wagering requirements will not count toward clearing a bonus.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire after the period stated on the promotion page, measured from the time of credit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account without notice.
4. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, systematic low-risk play patterns, or use of multiple accounts is classified as Prohibited Conduct under Clause 8. qris77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5. Withdrawal Before Clearing: If you request a withdrawal while Bonus Funds remain active in your Account and the associated wagering requirement has not been met, qris77 reserves the right to forfeit those Bonus Funds prior to processing the withdrawal. Your Real Money Balance will not be affected by this forfeiture.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Category-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting), crash games) are published in the respective sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are pending confirmation at the time of a technical failure are void unless the Company's records confirm acceptance prior to the failure.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, market, and game. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of placement and may be adjusted without notice for individual accounts or market types.
3. Obvious Errors: If a price, odd, or payout is published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to data feed failure, incorrect decimal placement, or a price materially inconsistent with the prevailing market), qris77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes at the original odds or recalculate at the correct price, at the Company's sole discretion.
4. Technical Failures: In the event of a game, live dealer session, or connectivity failure mid-round, qris77 will use its recorded game state data to determine the outcome. In cases where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned. The Company's game logs constitute the definitive record of all activity.
5. Mix Parlay Rules: For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more legs of the parlay are voided, those legs are removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining odds. A parlay reduced to a single selection will be settled as a single bet.

qris77 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We offer the following player-protection tools, all of which can be activated via your Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration before your session is automatically ended.
• Cool-Off / Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request placement on qris77's self-exclusion register for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the elected period.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any Wallet Balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are a self-excluded player.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other Users through the standard interface.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping on poker or table games, or sharing information with other active participants in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Clause 5.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qris77 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the qris77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, game graphics, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of qris77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qris77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if qris77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qris77's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qris77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your devices. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any bet or game.

qris77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. qris77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains industry-standard security protocols to protect your information from unauthorised access.

qris77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach, any Wallet Balance may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a User-initiated closure — any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's nominated payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qris77 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, qris77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or remedy a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

qris77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Users via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
